AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:

All Monthly Session Based Membership plans are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. All prepaid plans (3, 6, and 12 month blocks) are paid upfront and will automatically renew upon expiration at the same rate and terms as the initial membership. Any changes to plan, or cancellation must be received 14 Days in advance of next billing cycle or plan expiration date. It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

Month-to-Month plans and memberships can be canceled at any time, however we must receive written notification 14 days prior to your credit/debit card processing date to cancel your monthly membership. All plans and monthly memberships require a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card.

Intro / Foundations Program

This package includes 2 Intro to CrossFit classes plus unlimited membership for your first month. The Intro classes are designed to familiarize you with the movements we most frequently use in CrossFit. You will learn gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and barbell movements with other beginners in a small group class setting, offering a very comfortable, safe and supportive environment. All New members are required to complete the 2 Intro classes before moving on to CrossFit classes.

CrossFit Classes

This program is built on the framework of coach Rutherford’s renowned Max Effort Black Box (MEBB). This training approach is the most popular strength template to improve CrossFit performance and athletic fitness. Created in 2003, the MEBB is a training approach combining CrossFits metabolic conditioning (METCON) laid upon a progressive strength template. During the course of twelve months the athlete is exposed to a minimum of four different training templates all with a relative degree of dedicated strength work.
